Learn the Clock (Lær Klokka for barn) is a playful Android app that helps children read, set and understand an analog clock through short, focused exercises.

About the app
The app includes exercises for reading and setting the clock, moving time forwards and backwards, comparing and sorting times, correcting mistakes and solving simple everyday time problems.
Learning content and progress are available offline after installation. An internet connection is still needed for Google Play purchases and purchase restoration.
Languages and speech
The interface and learning content are available in Norwegian and English. Speech uses the text-to-speech voices installed on the Android device.
If a suitable voice is unavailable, the app continues to work with on-screen text. The app does not need microphone access.
Frequently asked questions
Speech is silent or unavailable
- Open the app's Settings and make sure Speech on is enabled.
- In Android settings, open Text-to-speech output and install or select a Norwegian or English voice.
- Return to the app and try Hear again. You can continue using the text prompts if speech is still unavailable.
My purchase is not showing
- Check that the device is signed in to the same Google account that made the purchase.
- Connect to the internet and make sure Google Play is available and up to date.
- Open the app's Settings and tap Refresh purchases.
- If Google Play marks the purchase as pending, wait until the payment is completed and then refresh again.
How purchases work
The app offers a single one-time purchase to unlock the remaining content. It is not a subscription. Existing purchases can be restored through Google Play with the Google account used for the original purchase.
